Your tasks:

  • Responsible for the coordination of projects in the media technology area (Unified Communication & Collaboration)
  • Central interface in strategic project management
  • On-site customer survey, recording of the infrastructure including requirements analysis and creation of a suitable concept
  • Advising and supporting customers during and after the project phase
  • Planning logistics and installation in consultation with all project participants
  • Project calculation and cost control
  • Independent coordination of assembly and service assignments in consultation with the project team assistant
  • Preliminary planning and creation of CAD drawings, block diagrams, device tables, etc.
  • Project acceptance, commissioning and documentation
  • Instruction and support of the technical team on site
  • Checking the material and device combinations for the projects involved

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial vocational training or comparable training in the technical field
  • Interest in state-of-the-art media technology, ideally technical knowledge in the field of AV
  • Experience (an advantage):
  • in dealing with IT and software-supported media technology
  • in the installation of innovative conference technology
  • with Microsoft 365 / Teams and Admin Centre
  • Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
  • Economic thinking and acting, high customer orientation
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills as well as quick comprehension and negotiation skills
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Professional demeanour with customers
  • Willingness to travel within the support area and a class B driving licence
